Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days from email order confirmation (Monday-Friday). Shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, which will include the tracking number for your package. SB Boutique uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping.
SB Boutique provides Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $100.

Returns and Exchanges
It is our goal for you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you may need to return an item, please be advise that all returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items to receive Store Credit or Exchange. Items returned must NOT have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. SB Boutique do not issues REFUNDS.

Please Ship all Returns and Exchanges to address listed in confirmation email that will be provided. Once your item is received and inspected, you will get an email that will provide store credit (Return shipping fees are non-refundable) or exchange information. Please be advised You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the desired return item. SB Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. SB Boutique reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our requirements listed above. Any item(s) denied for return or exchange will be sent back to customer.
Damage or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damage or defective, please contact SB at orders@shopsbboutique.com within 48hrs of receiving item for a Full Refund once approved.
