Thank you for shopping at shopsbboutique.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been in packed or staged for shipping.

 Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to shopsbboutique.com after contacting sociablebutterfly@aol.com  . Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Once an order has shipped, SB Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us at sociablebutterfly@aol.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we can assist you further.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have a 2-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
